At SmartNetLB I managed the complete network infrastructure of a live ISP — backbone architecture, routing, switching, and server administration — serving 3,200+ active subscribers with high service availability.
That meant owning the full stack: FortiGate firewalls, VPN tunnels, VLAN segmentation, DNS, DHCP, QoS, and bandwidth management, with RADIUS/PPPoE subscriber management keeping every account authenticated, shaped, and billed correctly.
Recurring outages were not tickets to close — they were problems to eliminate. Root-cause analysis and infrastructure optimization measurably reduced repeat failures. Through Assaf IT Solutions, the same discipline goes into secure LAN/WAN design and structured cabling for business clients.
