Gaming Lounge Delivery
End-to-end delivery of gaming venues, from floor plan to opening day — the flagship among them a complete 44-workstation center designed and deployed within one week, zero post-deployment issues. Diskless boot, game caching, venue networks, esports-grade hardware — on whichever platform stack fits the venue.
Gaming venues are a discipline I've delivered end to end, venue after venue — network, hardware, imaging, and management platform shipped as one working system. The flagship: a complete 44-workstation gaming center designed and deployed within one week, with zero post-deployment issues.
Gaming venues punish sloppy engineering. Forty-plus machines pulling the same titles will saturate any naive network, so the design leans on diskless boot and local game caching — one golden image, one cached copy of every game, every station identical and disposable.
No two venues run the same stack, so I don't sell one. Smartlaunch, ggLeap, CCBoot, diskless and imaging tools, game-cache servers, managed Steam libraries — the platform is chosen to fit each venue's workflow and budget, then the whole floor ships as one engineered system, not a room full of PCs.
Capabilities
What I deliver
Venue Network Design
Switching, segmentation, and bandwidth architecture built for 40+ stations pulling updates and streaming simultaneously.
Diskless & Imaging
Central-image infrastructure on CCBoot and other diskless and imaging stacks — every station identical, no local drift, no per-PC maintenance.
Game Caching & Libraries
Local cache servers and managed Steam libraries so the venue downloads each game once — updates hit every station at LAN speed, not internet speed.
Hardware Selection
Esports-grade component choices balanced for performance, thermals, and endurance under all-day load.
Venue Management Platforms
Smartlaunch, ggLeap, and their peers — session control, billing, and station management configured so staff run the venue from one screen, whichever platform the venue prefers.
Deployment & Handover
Imaging, burn-in, and QA on every station before opening day — then training so the operator owns it.

Process
How it gets done
- 01
Scope & Layout
Station count, floor plan, power, and cooling agreed before a single part is ordered.
- 02
Network & Caching Design
The backbone, diskless boot, and game-cache architecture designed as one system.
- 03
Procurement & Build
Esports-grade hardware sourced, assembled, and cable-managed to venue standard.
- 04
Image & Roll Out
One golden image deployed to every station; the management platform wired into daily operations.
- 05
Launch
Full-load testing, staff training, and handover — done in one week for the 44-station flagship.
